Does Starky listen to me?
No. Talon does all the listening and acting, and Starky is never in that loop. It reads and edits the command files that tell Talon what to do. Your audio never leaves your Mac.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Starky is built for people who are not technical. There is no Terminal, no Git, and no config files. Everything happens in a visual app.
What does Starky cost?
Nothing. Starky is free to download and free to use, and Talon is free too. You will need a Starky account so your commands and settings stay yours across Macs, and that is free as well. If Starky becomes part of how you work and you want to help keep it going, there is a monthly membership you can join. It unlocks nothing, because nothing is locked.
I already use Talon. Will Starky mess it up?
No. Starky adopts your existing setup instead of duplicating it, edits commands in place, and keeps a pristine baseline so you can reset any change with one tap.
Can I undo changes I make?
Always. Every edit is saved to history and revertible in one tap, and your files stay plain Talon files you fully own.
